Anger Management and Acting Out
Hello community!
I am struggling with my anger. I get to points where I feel like it bubbles over and I punch a wall or hit myself. Does anyone have any tools or resources that I can use to stop this habit?

Anger needs to be defused...
we can meditate do breathing exercises and it helps short term... long term is dealing with the issues that make our fuse so short. I found acknowledging my underlying issues help with the anger or outbursts.
@intuitiveGrapefruit8564 Walk away from the situation the moment you feel the anger. Walk out from the room itself and go outside to calm yourself. Drink lots of water, calm yourself and then think of an appropriate response.
Do some kind of exercise. This will help also to reduce any frustration inside

I’m sorry you’re going through this. ❤️ When you feel your anger building up, try stepping away, taking slow breaths, or doing something calming before it gets overwhelming. Since you mentioned hurting yourself, please also consider talking to someone you trust or a mental-health professional. You don’t have to handle this alone. 🌱
