Anoerexia relapse

Iv been in anoerexia recovery and was doing well but since my family moved together again , my siblings bully me again , I know they don’t mean it but it effects the way I see myself and I start hating my self again and feel the urge to control myself by relapsing , is anyone else going through the same?
