I forgot to mention, there are times of day when the brain is at it's peak and others when it's not as alert. I've learned to plan on doing the most cognitively demanding things at times when I'm most alert.
I once read that insurance companies have determined that most accidents happen on Wednesday around 10am. A lot of people do their best to harmonize with their circadian rhythms. It helps me.
@YougotthisNaush I ask someone I’m close to to make a sudden loud noise to get me focus🔊😯

brain fog gets better with proper sleep, hydration, exercise, and stress management. if it’s persistent, checking for vitamin deficiencies or medical causes can help.

Take 5 walnuts everyday in morning and evening after exercise or a walk. It will go away inshaAllah
@YougotthisNaush I had lots of brain fog after a nervous breakdown, it did go away eventually, it took time
@YougotthisNaush Hey Naush. Thank you for sharing. Holistic approaches that help with brain fog is meditation, sleeping well, eating healthier foods, and setting boundaries with whatever is stressing you out. This is also subjective so it definitely is important to notice anything that really is stressing you out and take a step back. Naush, just remember that this is going to take some effort. Everything will be okay.
Brain fog does go away. Since it's a symptom, addressing the underlying cause is crucial for resolution. If you are suffering from sleep deprivation, stress, or minor dehydration, it often resolves quickly once these factors are corrected.
