I’m irritated that I’m allergic to bandages, and that I need them for another week.
I understand that’s not the whole scene here, but it is giving me mental stress. I was told to keep my wound bandaged, but the irritated area is not close to equal to the places the bandage was worn. How do I follow directions when they hurt me?

Wow. I nailed this. I have moments where its a jumble of physical sensations, feelings, thoughts, and i literally can't move or speak. Burnt out, I guess. But I was thinking, what word means a jumbled mess of multiple things? It just came to me.
Amalgamation.
