Life has its ups and downs and they can be pretty rigid, I'm feeling it now. Also just plain old tiredness and exhaustion in life, but it's summer so I have a bit of time to heal. I also have other things I'm juggling in mind, so it's just a good bit of things.
My solution is to go take a nap and do some personal care stuff, like a spa day.
