I feel shameful. Constantly hiding from my pain and escaping. Not being honest with myself and doing what I need to do to make my life better.

I would use the word I feel is single. My husband and I separated about 1 month ago but today in the evening time I truly started to feel single. I am divorced and I have to start living for myself and my children. I am watching comedy right now.

@Amanda84 mine word would probably be afraid I have an appointment soon to get my jaw checked out and I’m scared I’m going to need surgery on it which would affect my goals for x Country because I won’t be able to run during recovery and in music as my jaw would be wired shut and I won’t be able to play any music. And I know these worries are unfounded right now because I don’t know if I need the surgery and if I do I could probably wait until next summer to do it, or hear what the dr.s say about recovery time because it might not be what google says😂
