I feel all draineddd like really really drained. I barely have the energy to do anything and I lost interest in the things that I love to do

It seems like sone depression has sunk in, it can just sneak in us and rob us of our joy and peace, but please don't be too down on yourself, it's important to just try and look after yourself, even if that only means, doing small and manageable daily tasks, to aid you slowly to feel better again 💕💜

I’m devastated. My neighbour who I’ve know since I was kid , met with an accident - slipped from stairs and passed away! I couldn’t face her kids who look up to me as a big brother. They lost their dad when they were just kids and now when they have just started to become independent to take care of their mum - this unfortunate event happens.
I’m can’t forget all the good things she had done - just brings me to tears that life’s so fragile and yet so many of us treat it so badly. And for the ones who missed it will know the real importance but too late.
