I meant a fat, relaxed, and seemingly self-satisfied "rich" hamster (call it a "stockholder") travelling on the back of skinny, worried and overloaded hamster (call it "working class").
It reminded me a marker and crayon image hanging on the wall of a dancing hall in my village when I was a kid. It was picturing a fat cheerful guy riding on the back of a pig. The description beneath could have been translated as "Mr Chairman on Mr President, oh, they have such a good ride! 😊".
