Caring detachment.
It breaks my heart to see so many texts from members that I am unable to respond. In my mental capacity, I am only capable of having conversations with only one or two people per day. and then some people try to lead towards inappropriate conversations. Although I think it comes from being lonely deep inside, There is nothing I can do to redirect it and it goes to my blocklist. It takes down my mental health one notch but I put myself together and continue.
sometimes, There are people with whom I want to reconnect, I want to check up on them about how they are doing but I never get to hear from them once again. It's a strange caring and detachment relationship. works wonderfully but sometimes the process itself leaves me in wonder.

We talk to someone, care for them and then there's no sign of that person. To be honest, it's helping me with detachment (talking in general, online or in real life) that I care about people when they're around and once they're gone, i do miss them sometimes but it's not extreme to make me feel sad. Its a really good practice to quickly move on from anything because living life in a good mental health is really crucial.
@sky2Ocean20 we're all here for you and please take care of yourself first

Being a listener can be rough sometimes! Especially when we have our own personal boundaries we have to maintain in order to make sure that we are okay. Just remember that your work here matters! You are appreciated and you do so much more than you think or even know ♥️ The work you do is lifesaving.
It’s okay to only take one or two chats a day if that’s what you need! Also, if you would like to reconnect with a previous member, you can always go to your “My Impact” page and scroll down. It will show you the members you connected with and how long ago. You can just click their name to send them a message 😊
If you ever need anything, you are always welcome to message me! Keep your head up and you’ve got this!! 💪♥️💕
Much love,
Kayla 💛✨
