Did getting into 40s did you felt this ?
I am in my 40s and when I look back I feel my 25 year went in doing for family.
Without feeling special loved.. romance. Cared.
This sudden crave of having good company even as friend who accept you as you are.

i think different ages usually those decade changes 30-40-50 we look back and sometimes over analyze where we are and what could have we done differently...... and yes if you want a special relationship and feel you missed out on something it comes to the forefront ......
it has been this way ... ever hear midlife crisis .... people want to do things they never have or want to do stuff that to them may feel like recapturing youth.

It tough dear to calm the thought. I mean if I don't keep myself occupied it wil haunt me. As if I had stop myself from being mature.
You point right every stage some or other regret. So can't do anything which we can't change.
