Dissociative Identity Disorder

It's been about a month and a half since we came to awareness. It was like a giant snap that happened within me. All these alters took turns taking their first breaths with awareness of each other for the very first time. We're waiting for appointments and for help. Until then, we're trying to keep it together and stay out of jail. Things have been intense and unpredictable at times. We just need to find a therapist who can understand and one who can help us. I hope this thread finds you well and in good spirits.
