Hello everyone!
In honor of Bullying Awareness Week, we are launching a special community initiative to deepen our understanding of bullying and its lasting impact. It is a time for us to come together, support one another, and educate ourselves on how to recognize and heal from these experiences.
@AnnaSilverberg has created a very special Growth Path for this occasion: Exploring Effects of Bullying
This is a 6-day high-impact growth path that also includes a workbook designed to help you reflect on the steps, get the most out of your journey, enrich your knowledge, and carry what you learn with you well beyond the path.
🌟 Earn a Badge! We want to hear from you. Please take some time to work through the growth path, then come back to this thread and reply with one thing you learned. Everyone who replies with their takeaway will be awarded a special badge for their efforts!
As we go through this path, it’s important to remember this core truth:
"Bullying is more than just “being mean. It’s repeated behavior meant to hurt, control, or exclude someone😔 💗 No one deserves to experience or go through bullying, that includes you 💗"
Anna has put a lot of love and effort into this growth path, and I am very proud of her. Please take the time to go through it and let us know what you think!
And feel free to tag others! Together, we can combat bullying by being informed!

I finished the growth path and besides I always enjoy these materials, this one was particularly painful. I have had experiences in bullying (mobbing) at my workplace, and this 6-months period was one of the hardest part of my life. This person knew me really well, and he used all my insecurities against me, humiliated me in front of others, yelled at me or not even greeted me on the corridor... I lost weight and I cried a lot, I was very stressed all the time. Everybody saw what's happening, but none of my colleagues nor my boss protected me. But I learned so much from this whole nightmare: I became a stronger person. Now I can protect myself better and I try to protect others. I think nobody deserves a treatment like this. I think this material answers an essential need for raising awareness on an important issue like this.
