Feeling alone in a relationship
My bf 25M and me 23F we have been together for 3 years and we moved last year, he lately is just putting his attention into other things, he went out to play football at 8pm and came back about 10:40pm and he just cooked and sat down his desk and he is playing a video game I feel abandoned I haven’t say a word more than just (ok, ujum, alright) all day long we haven’t had any meaningful conversation, it can go days like that, I don’t know what to do, I have talked to him about this before

it sounds like you are a roommates.Does his attention for you only lasts as long as he wants intimacy. Decide if you want a FWB thing or a relationship.
If you have had discussions before and maybe got a "I will try harder" but it goes back to bros and video games. Ask yourself how many conversations and do-overs are you willing to go through. Then make a plan for you to move on and out.
