Hi,
I’m from India. I was in a typical arranged marriage situation. The guy or the family wasn’t exactly my type but when me and the guy met and spoke it was all great. But it was always me calling him, for a change I wanted him to call me. I told him to let me know next time when we can meet, I was ghosted. I never received a call, it was my birthday and he didn’t even wish me, I called him he never picked, I called from my moms phone he picked and as soon as he heard my voice he cut. Later an uncle who went to meet them told us his mother was apparently offended that I didn’t agree to this relationship after meeting once. After we met once he told me he likes me, but I said I liked him too but I wanted to meet 2-3 times and honestly guy was extremely nice and made me feel sooo comfortable about this that next day I agreed to this to my parents. I was waiting to tell him the next time we met. But he ghosted me completely and this is just a misunderstanding. Help. I’m really sad. I really liked the guy. But I never expected from him because he comes across as a very strong guy. I even left him a voice note of how I liked him and I’m sorry if anything I did was wrong. No response. But now I’m beginning to feel he had made up his mind not to go forward with this, no idea why because everything went really great & he mentioned how ball is in my court. Now I’m beginning to feel fuckn stupid to even send that voice note 😢
