@sivaahere Hi there. I don't know your living situation or how strict your dad is, but (as a parent myself) I'm sure he has his reasons for not allowing you certain things. Sometimes kids/teens think parents are trying to deprive them when really it's trying to protect them.
You asked how to get freedom when your household is strict. You may not like my answer, but I think talking to your dad about how you are feeling is important. How you feel does matter and so do your needs. Based on your age, you can have a talk with him and let him know what you would like. Let him know that this freedom you desire can be beneficial for your ultimate well-being. But also know this-- with freedom comes responsibilities. Your happiness does matter, so maybe talking about it and being open would help your dad loosen the reigns a bit.
