Going to take a self-care break, hopefully.

I'm going to probably take a break from 7Cups. I keep venting to many different listeners and school is coming soon. I need to figure out coping methods and try to analyze my emotions myself. I'm going to probably panic and suffer with my Depression, Anxiety, and Social Anxiety... but maybe I'll find something. Thanks for all the support here that I've gotten in this website and thanks to all the listeners that gave support to me. I'll come back later, but right now, I need to figure out things myself.
