Happiness
Making ourselves happy is easy.
I used to think I needed a lot of effort, money, and planning to be happy. But I found out that happiness comes from simple things.
A cup of white coffee with a biscuit, an old song I loved as a child, a photo with people I care about, or a call with someone I love — all of these can make me smile and feel calm.
I hope to find people who agree with me and can share more easy ideas. Sometimes we just need to give our minds a short break and make ourselves happy.
@friendlyLight1447 Here's a list of simple things that make me happy:
- Drinking my peppermint tea.
- Watching my dogs run around the yard and roll in the grass.
- Cuddling with my favourite stuffed animal.
- A quick "Hello" from a stranger.
- The smell of baked goods in the oven (especially cinnamon buns).
- The warmth of my bed on a snowy winter day.
@friendlyLight1447 for sure, happiness doesn't have to be a massive trek around the world to find ourselves, it's a mindset, can come from within 🥰 it can be found in:
Family,
Friends,
A cup of tea,
Chocolate.
Ice cream.
Music.
Shared hobbies.
Laughter.
The presence of a child.
Art.
Happiness doesn't have to be at the exclusion of other feelings and being honest with your feelings, they can co exist. Life is not always rainbows and butter cups, but it's about embracing the moments that radiate through when they do and not taking them for granted ♥️

I hope you to find your happiness soon 😊
@friendlyLight1447"Appreciate it, though I’ve learned the hard way not to trust those kinds of wishes."
Sometimes we need hard way to learn and putting things in their right place
@friendlyLight1447Of course, I respect and appreciate your point of view. But before we start putting things in their “right place,” there’s something called appreciation — appreciation for emotions, for circumstances, and even for the mistakes we make. At the end of the day, we’re all living to learn — from life, from people, and from the experiences we go through. And with time, we realize that some things aren’t meant for reality, but for our imagination, and sometimes dreams are only meant to live in our minds. Whatever happens, even when we don’t understand it, I believe God always has a reason and a wisdom behind it.
Don't give up, keep going to find your own smile and happiness. And if you fail one, two or many times don't give up keep going to find it, I hope you find your happiness as soon as possible
@friendlyLight1447Honestly, I don’t have the energy or passion to try again. It was more than enough that I once believed and gave it a real chance — but I was wrong. Do you think I could ever trust or believe in someone again? I don’t think so. I’ve had enough.
And to be honest, words are always easy — but actions are a whole different thing… not everyone is capable of living up to them.
Still, I truly hope God brings peace to your heart, and that you find contentment and happiness in your life. Take care of yourself, and I genuinely wish you all the best.
We are still breathing... and we still have days to live... In all honesty, I say that you are absolutely right in what you said... but sometimes, our feelings deceive us. We feel towards a person that he is friend, but his feelings towards us are not as if he is a friend, or we feel towards a person that he is a lover, but his feelings towards us are not as if he is a lover. We try to direct our feelings towards the correct title. Titles should not be distributed without thinking, and we should give each person the title he deserves... I wish you success and happiness
@friendlyLight1447**What you said is absolutely valid, and I respect your point of view. But I see things a bit differently when it comes to titles. I believe titles are human-made labels, often handed out based on personal desires or what suits someone’s image — not always based on truth.
Genuine feelings, on the other hand, come straight from the heart. They’re a gift from God, and I’m talking here about the rare kind — the honest, pure emotions that have become so hard to find nowadays.
A person might earn many titles… but in the process, they could lose something far more valuable — real, sincere feelings — and step all over them without even realizing it. Sadly, escape has become the easier choice, and maybe even the norm.
In any case, I truly hope that everyone finds the title that fits them — and more importantly, the kind of feelings that they truly deserve.**
@friendlyLight1447**A person can carry so many titles — “lover,” “friend,” “brother,” whatever the name may be —
but still end up feeling completely alone.
At the same time, someone else might not hold any title at all, but has a heart full of love and deep feelings.
And sadly, we often don’t see or understand that until we find ourselves alone, surrounded by empty words and labels.
As for me, I’ve decided to step away from all this illusion for a while…
and try to protect the few good things still left inside me — before they get damaged any further.
Truly, and with no hard feelings, I wish you peace of mind and heart.
And maybe… someday… life will bring us together again, without needing a set time.**
Hi, we have on 7 cups many a good listener to choose to talk, I would like to encourage you to think about it.
@friendlyLight1447Thank you for the advice — I truly appreciate it. But to be honest, I think I’ve lost trust in this whole community… not out of anger, but out of disappointment. I believed, I hoped — but sometimes, what you expect just doesn’t exist.
I'm so sorry 😞 to hear that, please try again
@friendlyLight1447Thanks for caring.
Please our friend keep in touch with 7 cups, really, will be happy when we saw you with us, please, can you help to make us happy and smile
@friendlyLight1447**Thank you for your care — both you and 7 Cups.
And as for helping you feel happy, I can honestly say I’ve tried… and I’ve played that role well, not just here, but for everyone around me.
But I believe it’s time to take a short break from all of that… and focus a little on myself.
Because no matter how much we give to others, in the end, people tend to be the same — and there’s often no real difference.
Our thirst and longing for any kind of lifeline that brings meaning back to our lives sometimes makes our feelings and judgment betray us when it comes to seeing people for who they really are.
That said, I’ll never hesitate to support you — or of course, 7 Cups — anytime I can, to help bring happiness your way.
That’s truly what I hope for.
Thank you once again, my friend.**🙂
We will wait for you any time, and to change your vision for people and remember the giving has best feeling, our friend , again and again please don't reject our help, please give us your hand to help

If it really matters to you, you’ll probably reach out. That’s all I can say.
@friendlyLight1447You're still asking?! Seriously?
@friendlyLight1447I’m there… in my own world — the other side.
But if you seek the light, you’ll find the way on your own.
@versatilejet8411
Let me tell you this — I had doubts about many things, and now they’ve been confirmed. Thank you for making it all so clear, even without saying a word. It’s also painfully clear that the one who truly cares ends up being the one who gets ignored — because you have certain expectations of attention that you're not willing to compromise on. thank you very much
@friendlyLight1447**Let me give you a piece of advice — and I’ll let you choose whatever title brings you comfort, whether it’s a friend, a brother, or even a sister.
Don’t throw accusations, doubts, or assumptions at people — because you never truly know how much pain your words or silence might cause them.
And even if you do have certain accusations or thoughts, I believe the other person deserves to know — even if only as advice or honesty.
So tell me… who’s the one here that’s not willing to compromise, just because they have specific expectations of care or a reply?**
@versatilejet8411
If you care, you’ll find a way to say something.
And if not, we’d still appreciate a sign that you’re doing fine
@friendlyLight1447Mmm... I truly cared, and I had so much to say — but it no longer matters.
Please be kind with your self and with who cares about you even if provide a little, enough for you there is who cares about even one.
@friendlyLight1447The real question is — why is blocking the easiest thing to do?
I even encounter that in my own world, the one I escape to.
Do you think there’s a reason for that?
Or… do you really believe it’s the solution?
Sometimes, blocking is just a way to escape — not a real solution. But do you really think such a decision is made that easily? The truth is, sometimes the one who blocks ends up hurting even more than the one being blocked. It’s like cutting off a part of yourself just to stop the pain — it doesn’t heal, it just leaves a scar
@friendlyLight1447**With all due respect to your opinion, this is what we call self-torment.
Why go through all of that, instead of simply asking: what’s the cure?
Choosing pain — that’s nothing but slow death for both sides.
And the truth is, it’s a choice… not destiny.**
Even when you feel alone, be sure without any doubt that there is someone who truly cares about you and wants to check on you, even from afar — you matter more than you think.
He doesn't talk to her anymore, but she still checks if he is online — just to make sure he is okay.
@friendlyLight1447And do you really think that’s the solution?
You remind me of someone watching a person dying in front of them, while having the chance to keep them alive — yet chooses to do nothing.
He convinces himself he’s doing it out of care, afraid that saving them would mean they live in misery…
So he gives himself the right to let them die, instead of helping them live — even if that life could still hold hope.
As I explained to you, sometimes just seeing someone online is enough to reassure us of their presence, especially when we can’t reach out to them directly. Even if it’s something small, it can bring us comfort.
Do you remember the time you were blocked from checking in, even just once, to make sure everything was okay?
Did you take a moment to reflect, to reconsider staying in touch and holding on?
Or was your only thought blame—and the certainty that this person wasn’t worth the effort of reaching out again?
If that’s the case, it means you believed they didn’t even deserve for their name to be looked at. And that gives you full right to be sure they truly didn’t care.
But if they really didn’t care, then I’d say—thinking about anything else, no matter how small, is far more worthy of your time and energy.
@versatilejet8411 I believe you were the one who saw someone in pain…
Yet instead of thinking how to ease that pain, you thought of how to increase it—just to get back at them.
If you truly cared about them, you would have at least tried to find a way to check on how they were doing.
@friendlyLight1447In both of your messages, forgive me for disagreeing with you — but I believe you’re not seeing things clearly. So let me tell you something simple, and take your time to think about it:
If I didn’t care…
If that person didn’t truly mean so much — even more than they could imagine —
Would I have searched for them among the countless people surrounding them, just to find their name?
Would I have spent time thinking of any way to send a message, just to get a reply that would reassure me they were okay?
Would I have looked for comfort and familiarity hidden between their words?
If I didn’t care, would I have even bothered replying at all?
Sadly, this isn’t the first time you assume or throw out accusations without any real proof — just because you want to convince yourself that I’m not the person you once believed I was.
Either way, thank you…
And I truly wish you happiness and peace of mind.

@versatileJet8411 One last request, please — and I truly mean this:
Please don’t throw accusations at people without any basis in reality.
Because their impact… is far more painful than anything else.
Consider taking the initiative to reach out. It’s possible the other person thought about reconnecting but lacked the courage to do so directly. They might also be avoiding the situation in different ways. If you believe the connection is still worth maintaining, even at a minimal level, making the first move could provide clarity. Sometimes, simply knowing how to reach someone can make a difference
@friendlyLight1447 All of that — and yet you think I haven’t already tried to reach out?
I did take the initiative before — he’s the one who shut every door in my face.
And let me be clear: I would be willing to kneel before him if that’s what it takes just to have a conversation with him again.
I think this person doesn't deserve all of this
@friendlyLight1447 I think this person wants to believe that, but they don’t truly know their worth — at least not to me.
Mmm... honestly, I feel exhausted.
Please accept my apologies @versatilejet8411
Do you want really talk again? I hope to say yes...
@friendlyLight1447 plzzzz sure yes plzzzzz i want so much i beg u my queen
@versatileJet8411 open the block i beg u

"Happiness lies in the little things."
@friendlyLight1447
happiness turns our life into a true blessing, one must master the art of finding happiness in nothing, anything and everything
make happiness way of our life and the way to do that is to find joy in everything and stop looking for reason for happiness
happiness is a choice, so choose to be happy , strive to pass the joy to everyone around , spread love and kindness and see how happy one can be
stop using algorithms in life to find happiness, it’s inside us all the time and we seek it outside and in others
@KrishnaSoul
You mirror my thoughts and couldn't have said it more clearly.
And to add to that, 10 minutes of silence in morning doing nothing brings calmness and watching nature brings a smile
Thanks for your kind words 😇
absolutely true🤍
