Has anyone been to mental hospital/ psychiatric ward?

I just came out from one. I was there for four days, staff was supportive and kind. Food was great. I felt safe and supported.

I was forced to, in 2018. I had a few good things happen while I was there. Like meeting people that were really good people. But, it felt like It was a wake-up call to myself and I haven't had an urge since.
