having one of those days where I have a headache that just won’t go away because my kids are absolutely in to everything to where I can’t do anything.

sorry about that raven . Parenting can be really tough and challenging sometimes. Its twice the work and twice the stress.
i hope you headache goes away. Here are somethings you could try.
Apply a heating or ice pack to your head and
neck.
Pain med for headache
Drink plenty of water so that you dont get
dehydrated.
