Hellooo!!

Heyy!! My name is Leo, I'm 15 years old and I just came here. I struggle with many things such as Depression, suicidal tendencies and problems with eating, among other things since many years now and it hasn't ever gotten better. I've also experienced bullying through all my life wich also causes me to not have much self-esteem at all, and I also don't really know how to get any. Now after my safest person that kinda held me together left I knew that I had to do something if I wanna get out of this whole. Because I sadly don't have any possibility to get therapy other than a psychward, I wanted to find alternatives and I came across here and thought I might give it a try! I hope being here helps me a little, maybe helps me to understand what's going on inside of my head, helps me to regulate what I feel better so that bad thoughts dont have to end in bad habits, maybe get to know new people. I'm trying to give life one last chance, i really hope it will be worth it 🙏 Thanks to all of you who have read until here!! :))
