My Name is Leo, I'm 15 years old and i really hope that my depression and some other issues that I had for years will maybe get better with help, and maybe I can meet new people!! :))

...See more Idk where to start. But I think I can’t continue. I’m really on the verge of ending it and I can’t even find a reason that’s holding me back. Every time my life gets a little better, I know that it doesn't last long and after it's gonna be even worse. Lately, that is the case. I've been dealing with bad depression, anxiety, self harm and suicidal thoughts again, and it's not getting better... Even tho I have everything I could ever want I really feel my worst. I can't even get help, my parents don't allow therapy and get very mad if I talk to them about how bad I feel, they really block it off. Im not sure why I feel like this, I just know that if it doesn’t get better soon I can’t continue. I don’t have the energy to keep going. Please anyone, tell me what to do. I can’t tell any adult, there’s no one I trust or no one I’m close to, neither am I close enough to any of my friends. Thanks to anyone reading this and to anyone that might help.

...See more I don't even know where to start... Life has been so hard lately again, tho I don't even know why. Every time my life gets a little better, I know that it doesn't last long and after it's gonna be even worse. Lately, that is the case. I've been dealing with bad depression, anxiety, self harm and suicidal thoughts again, and it's not getting better... Even tho I have everything I could ever want I really feel my worst. Another thing that has been really getting to me again lately is the grief over my best friend leaving me for no reason. It's been 6 months since that happened, but it still hurts like day 1. I don't know how to recover from it, I feel like I lost myself when she left me. I've tired everything to get over it, but nothing works. Every time I feel like it might get a little better I dream of her again and I feel as bad as before. Also eating has been a big problem of mine, I am generally scared of gaining weight even tho I am already pretty underweight, and lately eating bad been getting really hard, not only mentally but physically too, it feels like I can't swallow the food and I feel very full after very little. I also feel my body slowly showing effects of being under nourished and I feel physically bad most of the time. I can't even get help, my parents don't allow therapy and get very mad if I talk to them about how bad I feel, they really block it off. It's been so hard to find the energy to keep going, I really don't know what to do... Thanks for everyone that has been reading this and thanks for every advice any of you may give me. 🙏💗

...See more I dont know if anyone that ready this now has seen my last thread, or can remember it, but basically i was talking about my online friend who was also my best friend, that she left me kinda without a reason and without explaination. I really wanted closure on this, so I decided to text her again... Wich might have been the wrong choice, the Talk didnt really go anywhere, just her kinda telling me the same things she already did before, when i asked her to elaborate more i didnt get a text from her but from her boyfriend. The text he sent was 90% just insults to me, without clear context and not really answering any of my questions, just him telling me how attention seeking i am, and so on, i kinda tried to keep it as respectful as i can, telling him i just wanna know what's wrong and how a Person can throw away 2 years of friendship after being so close, But somehow he didn't even try to respond to it and just kept disrespecting me, telling me that he knows what a bad person i was and that he knows enough and has, seen enough to know that im just an attention seeker that vents every day... Wich is not true at all, Sure ive told her my Problems sometimes, but so did she and both of us were always fine with that... I wish i knew just what she showed him for him to be thinking like that... Well long Story short, she blocked me after that and my world kinda broke into pieces... Now I kinda feel like im going insane.. I kinda started sonething like an obsessive Stalking behavior ever since and i cant stop it... I stalk all of her Accounts every day.. Found so much Personal Information about her... Made plans on how to get close to her again.. And idk how to stop, i just feel like i cant control it and i really cant handle the grieving either... I feel like such a creep

...See more About two months ago my best friend left me. She was only my online friend but my literal everything, my only friend. She was the reason i kept living. Everything was normal between us, no Fights, nothing, but she grew distant, I asked her why but she never actually gave me an explaination, just saying that the friendship wont work out anymore (in other words). I know that its not because of her personal problems cause she still talks normally to all of her other friends, and I just dont know what I did wrong... Those past two months been been ***, i cant stop thinking abt her, i cant stop rereading every little thing, looking at all of her accounts. I cry every night, i cant get her out of my head, shes even in my dreams. I cant find an reason to live, it has been one of the worst depressive episode i had lately. I want her back so badly, but I just dont know how, cause she doesnt wanna talk. Since the day that she said that the friendship doesnt work anymore she only texted once wich was a merry christmas message, i thanked her, she didnt respond. But wich is weird that she lately likes my stories, wich she didnt do even once after we stopped talking, i thought it might be a sign that she wants to talk again, that's why i sent her a happy new years text, but she didnt react to it at all, not even a thank you, but still kept liking my stories. I'm so confused, what is it that she wants? It genuinely makes me so sick, ive been feeling so bad. I really dont know what to do. ...See more About a month ago my best friend left me, and lately that let me to the worst depressive episode that I had since a little while, I'm lying awake every night crying my soul out, unable to stop, i can't stop looking at her profiles to see if she's online, if she maybe texts me, but it never happens. When she left it felt like a part of me went with her, I don't feel like myself, she was the most important Person in my life, she held me together, she was the first person to show me that I could maybe be worth something, to show me that there's people who care and want me in their life. But I guess that all just lasted those 2 years. It's been pretty normal that she would distance herself when she felt bad, but this time i couldnt really see a reason, i tried to talk to her about it, she didn't say much, just that she thinks the friendship doesnt make much sense basically. Tho it has to be a problem around me cause to all her other friends she still speaks normally. I really wonder what made her deside on not wanting to be friends with me anymore, and it also happened pretty suddenly. Maybe i got too boring? Maybe she found better friends? Everyone just keeps leaving me, there has to be a reason for that, right? I just really don't know how to handle the loss of this friendship as she really meant the world to me and was basically my reason to live. I don't know how to handle all of it in a healthy way. Can maybe someone give me advice on my situation and about what to do?? Thanks for reading! <3

...See more Heyy!! My name is Leo, I'm 15 years old and I just came here. I struggle with many things such as Depression, suicidal tendencies and problems with eating, among other things since many years now and it hasn't ever gotten better. I've also experienced bullying through all my life wich also causes me to not have much self-esteem at all, and I also don't really know how to get any. Now after my safest person that kinda held me together left I knew that I had to do something if I wanna get out of this whole. Because I sadly don't have any possibility to get therapy other than a psychward, I wanted to find alternatives and I came across here and thought I might give it a try! I hope being here helps me a little, maybe helps me to understand what's going on inside of my head, helps me to regulate what I feel better so that bad thoughts dont have to end in bad habits, maybe get to know new people. I'm trying to give life one last chance, i really hope it will be worth it 🙏 Thanks to all of you who have read until here!! :))
