How are thinhs going in your community?
Since starting in 7 cups I have been really confused on how 7 cups awards you as a listener. Is there anyone who can help me with that. I would be grateful for your help.

This is a volunteer job kindFreedom.. We don't get paid anything..
if your talking about the award badges you have to do things like chat a lot in chatrooms, get lots of positive reviews, post in forums a lot, etc... Their are so many ways to get them.. Your going to get award badges all the time, i wouldn't worry about it too much. i think their is a web page where you can see the requirements of the badges if you really want to focus on them.
When you meet certain requirements you can get a certificate for your acting listening levels which you can show to people like when your trying to get a job or you just want to show off.🌱

As @AsherTree mentions, being a listener is completely volunteer. We don't get any money compensation. You do get badges for different things on the website and you can apply for other roles. You can also apply for a letter of recommendation and get a confirmation of volunteer hours after you have become a verified listener. The other award I guess you can get from being a listener is internal, it feels good to listen to people and make people feel heard, no?
I do agree with you I get joy from helping people and it has motivated me to keep going
