How do yall eat pills??
Like since birth to now, I literally have to crush up the pill to powder and then swallow it😭 I know it’s unhealthy and all.But it’s just the fear and it’s weird feeling the pill go down the throat??

How do you handle the taste of them crushed up? As I've found that some are unbearable to even swallow whole. But I also understand the fear and odd feeling of pills going down one's throat! No fun!
Oh the taste is AWFUL 😭 especially the capsule ones, but turns out some capsules isn’t as bitter as I thought..

If you can take it with food, try chewing up food but dont swallow it yet, put the pill in your mouth with the food near the back and then what ever you have to drink, chew and drink and swallow and it shoudk go down and you wont feel it bc of the food. Thats what I did when I was younger and now im a pro at it
