How do you handle (self harm)

Can you guys give me some advice, I’ve been like 6 months clean but I can keep up

Advice, I'm not sure about, but I can definitely relate. I don't know when my last relapse was exactly, but I've only self-harmed twice in the past year. It can be difficult, the tendency doesn't easily go away.

What works for me most is staying busy or working on myself. Like, mostly, this addiction has gotten me when I've felt bad about myself, or when I've resented how I've been treated. I do stuff like... Trying to work out everyday, spending time on Duolingo everyday, trying to write something in one of my stories everyday. Those are just some examples, but anything that helps me feel busy, or capable, or makes me get into a progress mindset. I dunno if that works for you too, but I'm here to relate with you on it either way.
