In a safe place, I sit with my anxiety and panic @neonLime5019
I also speak the Creator about my feelings.
@neonLime5019 panic attacks are not always where your in a position to know how to use the techniques you have learnt. Maybe keep something in your pocket that you can grab easy to help calm you down
THIS TOO SHALL PASS.
I remind this to myself, and it helps me a lot.

I will take xanax my doctor gave for emergency and find a place to catch my breath. I often get triggered when I see rats.

Blasting loud music through the earbuds. curling up in a ball. big hoodie. food. darkness.
This may not work if you're in a full blown panic attack, but moreso if you feel one coming on. My friend taught me a surprisingly helpful distraction technique: do produce ABCs. Think of a produce item (fruit/veggie...or really any grocery item, it gets hard with some letters!) for each letter of the alphabet. A- apples, B- broccoli, C- cantaloupe...
And sometimes I'll stick with a letter and try to think of every single fruit/veg I can that starts with that letter.
It sounds silly, but it honestly helps stop swirling thoughts!
