I Need Love
I’m having a REALLY hard night. So exhausted, mentally and physically. So tired. So many things out of my control. My diet sucks, my sleep sucks, my body hurts, my mind and heart are both broken, I suffer every day. Nothing is working.
I need love, distraction, hugs, something to make me laugh, something to make me think, something to inspire me, something to help me persevere and fight the depression and work toward goals and everything else I need rn.
You know the drill. Just… Write something. Idc what it is… I just need love. And people around me. Cheerleaders and friends… Please.

Jus relax and take it one step a time . All shouldn't be figured out in a day . Take a walk,speak with a family member,watch a movie. Jus take it one step at a time whenever you ready

Dont give up. Dont EVER give up. When i was at my lowest, i turned to Cliff Knechtle and Give me and Answer. Charlie Kirk. Frank Turek. That got me through for a couple years.
