I am feeling heavy

Hello , I have eft home with my family for a long journey, we need to book a taxi, first i don't know why, but I am feeling heavy, I was home for few days after 4 months from hostel, hostel drained me alot, now i am thinking to stay outside hostel which will cost more ,but not my mental health idk is it good decision or not, pls tell me, now i am heading to different city, hope for better.
