I can't find my old chats

Hi,
I hope someone can give me some guidance - I can't find my old chats. I did find an abbreviated list under path\my impact but I'm hoping there is a more complete list somewhere

@DaveG54 I'm not totally sure how long the chat history is supposed to remain, I think maybe 1 year. There have also been changes, so older chats didn't have the full history at all.
If you use the list from my impact and click on the chat from there and that will provide the best access as far as I know. Members can delete chats and if the account is not active (ie. On break, suspended, banned or deleted) you won't be able to see the chat, but might access it again if thd member reactivate their account
