@callmeRM I'm so sorry to hear that you're going through such a challenging time right now. It sounds incredibly overwhelming, and it's completely okay to feel this way. It's evident that you've been carrying a heavy load, and it's important to acknowledge and validate your feelings.

Feeling constantly needed and not having a moment for yourself can be incredibly draining. It takes strength to admit when things become too much, and you've already taken a big step by reaching out and sharing your struggles.

Remember, it's okay to prioritize your well-being and set boundaries. Taking care of yourself doesn't mean you're letting others down, it means you're ensuring you have the capacity to be there for others in a healthier way. If possible, consider sharing your feelings with someone you trust, whether it's a friend, family member, listener, or a professional. You don't have to face this alone.

It's understandable that you lean on your faith during difficult times. It's not a sign of weakness to ask for help or to express your feelings honestly. Faith can provide comfort, but it doesn't mean you won't face challenges. It's okay to feel exhausted, confused, and lost, even while holding onto your faith.

In moments of overwhelming stress, taking small steps to care for yourself can make a difference. Whether it's a brief moment of solitude, deep breaths, or engaging in an activity you enjoy, these small acts of self-care can add up.

Lastly, consider seeking professional support, such as a psychologist, who can provide guidance and a safe space for you to explore your feelings. Your well-being is important, and you deserve support on your journey.

Please take care, and I hope you find the support you need to navigate through this challenging time 💜
