I hate my mom *vent*
I was very joyous earlier today because I received acceptance to a master's program - my second one. My mom ruined it by acting sad and troubled about the money. I'm getting a very generous funding package and my parents would have no problem providing the rest... not to mention the option of loans. How miserable do you have to be to make your son feel bad about getting accepted into top programs? I hate her so much. This is why I can't be happy at home and I can't wait to move. She just sees me as a financial burden and cares nothing about my happiness.
