And I want everyone to know it. I hate valentines day. I don’t have to explain why to you. I just hate it. Stop being happy when I’m sad.

@MrW0lf

🙏🏻

It sounds like this day feels really heavy for you. It can hurt when we feel alone while the world around us seems to be celebrating. Sometimes it feels like certain things are not meant for us, especially when we don’t have what others seem to have. That sadness is real.

You’re not wrong for feeling this way. Many people struggle on days like this — some haven’t met the right partner, some are healing from broken relationships, and some are simply tired of the reminder. You’re not alone in these emotions.

If today feels triggering, try to protect your peace. Limit social media, avoid comparisons, and focus on taking care of yourself. Give yourself the kindness you wish you were receiving. Treat yourself to something small that brings comfort.

The sun and the moon shine at different times. We all move through life differently, and there is no comparison. Hard days pass too — and this one will as well.

@MrW0lf I have always felt that hate is not a productive feeling, Because it doesn't affect the thing or person you hate but only you... and You shouldn't do something that affects you negatively

I feel it's perfectly understandable why you feel that way although I don't agree with it. Of course you don't have to explain yourself but since you posted here, allow me to give you my opinion:

First of all I understand you, I have been there.. And after some years I think that being in a relationship is a status that shouldn't be better, But only different to my status of being single.

my point is every situation has their pros and cons, So if you happen to be single, You have to first learn to love yourself And learn to live with yourself, with the advantages that it brings, and remind yourself of the people in your life, friends and family to share moments and common interests with...

At some point you will click with someone and you will both want to share more time together and that will be the beginning of a relationship, and you will enjoy it when it happens, but you but you should not miss what you don't have..

beside what I just told you, some people try online dating, I did it when I was by myself and I had a lot of fun.. From the beginning of all of is understanding that being another relationship it's not better it's just different... Maybe that way you could start to feel better.. Maybe this way you can start To control your own happiness, which Shouldn't depend on anyone else.

And finally don't fall for all the advertisement all the activity in social media most of that are idealized versions of a relationship people following social cues Because being in a relationship is not only what you see that day.. there are issues arguments limitations etcetera... Not saying that it's bad to be in a relationship, I just say that it's different.. and in the same way that being in a relationship is not all good, Being by yourself is not all bad either.

Whether you are by yourself or in a relationship the most important aspect in both cases is to have love within yourself... if you have hate in any of both cases, then you are working against yourself.

Don't do that.

Have a hug and good luck 😊

ps. If you feel you cannot control these feelings, you can always try professional counseling, That is always a good idea.

@MrW0lf... I agree, it's too commercialized in my opinion.
