@Tinywhisper11 I am not sure exactly what you mean. On the web site forum notifications are at the top of every page. In the app forum notifications are part of the general notifications system that all apps use (as far as I know). There is nothing to set up, except that in the app you have to make sure notifications are not turned off in the device Settings. Also, I've seen reports that notifications are broken in the app.
