I have no one to talk to
Hey.. i just downloaded the 7 cups again because i am feeling so lonely. And I don’t know what to do… my sisters got robbed at gunpoint in atm today… and its very traumatising for all of us… and I can’t sleep with the thinking that they could have shot them or something worse i am happy that nothing worse happened but still traumatised… 😔

Oh goodness that is so scary to hear. I'm glad too that nothing bad happened, and I hope they are safe at the time. It's still pretty scary to imagine, and I understand how thinking about your loved ones being in a life threatening situation is making you feel low.
Makes sense to feel troubled and overwhelmed about the same, I'd be so anxious also. :/
