I'm in pain🙁🙁
Hey everyone, I haven't been around much this week, I get injections in my spine every few months to help with pain and everything. But my appointment keeps getting pushed back🙁 and I'm in sooooo much pain, I can't do anything including being here😥 hoping I get them soon, then I'll be back to normal🙂 well not normal ... But tiny version of normal😁 wish me good luck 💗💗 I love you all 💖

That really sucks, I hope your pain goes away. Maybe doing some yoga or hanging from a bar will help with compression/decompression of your spine. Hope you feel back to 100% soon!
@Espejo thanks for the tips😁💖💖💖 my spine is broken and not completely fixable so I won't be hanging from a bar or anything😂😂😂 but I do try to do gentle exercises every day with my carers😁💖 gives you a giant tiny hug 💗 thankyou💖
