Improving and healing
Hi everyone,
I want to share an observation of mine that I think would be helpful to someone out there.
So, I'm obsessed with self-development, I want to be the best version of myself : one that is happy and content. In order to achieve this goal, it is necessary to take some steps forward each day, to put extra effort. For this reason, sometimes I overwork and stress too much (I do too many things a day, for example). So I've been thinking: what if I move just 1 "millimeter" forward each day? Just a small action per day. The easiest step we can take. Imagine if we decided to consistently do what we think we'll help us reach a goal every single day. For example: walking outside 5 minutes per day. It's a very short time, easily achievable. No need to stress for doing more. With time, we'll add more minutes to those 5. Always following our own rhythm and pace. So that's what I'm gonna do everyday starting from today. I have a big dream of mine, one of a lifetime: I'll move slowly towards the goal. Reminder to myself and to others out there: small progress is still progress. ;)
What do you guys think?
I wish you all good luck in your healing journey (or whatever journey you may be on). Let's go!

Yes! Small steps make big progress!! I think that's a lovey idea. Often time taking on big goals or task feels too overwhelming. So, breaking it down to small pieces does wonders I've found! Wish you best of luck in your healing journey as well! 💜
