Hello. I'm sabi,24. I'm struggling to lead a day to day life. I know that's shameful to tell but I'm struggling and when I think about others struggles I get guilty tripped. I've joined a job where no one helps and answers doubts. I know it's a training phase but it's very difficult. I don't have any other options. I was fired from my last job and landed this after 6 months. I don't really like or hate what I'm doing but the environment and the contents of study and the assessment to check me are difficult. My family is a bit dysfunctional and traditional where they don't care about mental health. I've got no friends or someone to rely on. Therapist either charge a lot of money or blame me for everything. I feel like I'm sinking. I've sad some good and some very bad experiences in 7 cups too. So I don't know how I'm going to continue. I may get fired immediately in this job too. People treat me like the untouchable. I'm typing this in my office outdoors. I work a night based shift with commute leading to about 12 hours. I have low self-esteem and inferiority complex with an identity crisis where I tried to adapt to others likings and forgot myself. I feel life my life is over and I'm losing my emotions. I've asked to come to office on Christmas for just studying cause there are no leaves even though they are big company and about 2% come to the office.

What should I do ? Im fighting a losing battle sometimes and I don't know what to do. Please help if you can thanks.

Ps: I'm sorry if my English is bad and for the long message. People don't like my English and no one listens.

I'm sorry to hear that you're reaching your breaking point. What you are going through right now is difficult and don't ever feel guilty or ashamed of talking about your problems. It's actually good to talk about your problems because it is a sign of bravery and it's the first step to getting help and feeling better.

Even though you are dealing with a couple of difficult things right now. Just remember that there are people here in 7 cups that will always support you, like me. I'm rooting for you and I don't want you to give up yet because you deserve to live a happy and fulfilling life. Remember that there are many people who've gone through difficult things like loneliness and low self-esteem, but some people successfully managed to overcome them because they never give up. And there are many people who thought that they wouldn't make it, but they did. Because humans are resilient and you are stronger than you think. You've gone through bad days before and yet you're still fighting right now. And that's amazing.

And also, I don't really know what to say regarding your job/work life but i truly hope that everything goes well in the end. Oh and also, you don't need to apologize for your English because your English is good. I'm sorry to hear that it's difficult for you to find people who are willing to listen to you. I've been in the same place and i know how painful it can be. But just because people won't listen to you, it doesn't mean that there's something wrong with you. You deserve to be heard and i hope one day you'll be able to find people in real life who'll hear you and support you unconditionally

Happy new year and I hope 2025 will be a good year for you.
