Is it ok for a friend to grope my partners breests ?
Help me here as I was upset that my partner and a guy we know is a flirt asked if he could feel her breasts and she let him.
My point is it was aparrantly just fun so why is it im having a hard time with it.. Is it me with the problem and im just over reacting due to divorce that ended up with my ex wife cheating.
Please help me with this as im worried I have a big problem and I should just laugh it off ?
There's nothing wrong with you. Your partner and the friend should've known better. That's ridiculous. Ask your "partner" if it would be ok for you to grope some other girl's chest. I bet she wouldn't be cool with it and if she says she is That's B.S.
@SweetPea321 many thanks for your reply.. im trying to be neutral and just get to the bottom if I have a problem .. ive been to caounceilling for about 4 years after my ex wife cheated,,, I have put on weight im pretty good looking and my confidence is better than ever.. I feel she is defeinatly in the wrong and id never do that to a girl for all kinds reasons...
I really apprciate your time...
You're welcome. I hope you can work it out. Good luck to you 🙂
@ThatGuy2022
no that sounds odd ... most women who would let a friend feel her up is interested in that person imo
if they are that chummy then maybe things will go farther
@toughTiger6481 I really appreciate your advice.. im on a downer about my self much more than the event... I think the same way.. he has made it very clear that he fancies her and would like more given the cahnce... but I am being told bt her it was just a joke and im over reacting... My ex was like this and after 25 years we divirced due to an afiar and I dont want that to ruin my making decisions now,,,, just not sure if I have over reqacted... I did end up in a slapping match later... but that wass a guy telling me in so lucky to be with her lol so after the earlier event I whacked hime...
Im no puch over,,, far from it but im sick of getting into situations like this .. always seems to be me and the girls im with...
Maybe its just the beers and ive lost it..
Nay way thanks you so much for your time and advice
1st off many mnay thanks for your replies.. y
The others around laughed about it as they all saw it as a joke, but the partner of the guy groping my girl whacked him and shouted Hey and then grabbed may partner pretending to throttle her in a joke kinda style but im sure she really didnt like it... its disrespectful to her and me isnt it ??... so now my partner says im in the wrong becuase i am the only one upset... of course the other guys might not be laughing if it was there girl would they ? acording to my oartner they would jusat laugh ?? she wont even let her friends link arms with me walking to the bars.. I had to ask her to not say anything to a friend as it was totally harmless... now she takes part in her breasts being groped she says that her being jelous over her mate holding my arm is in the past and that i need to grow up...
Im so lost as I am scared after councilling and all that I had after my wife cheated on me in front of me at my wedding anniversay that im losing it and maybe she is right as all the other people did laugh.... so im real worried that im just over jelous and simply cant go for a drink with a girl :(
I really rally apprciate your comments and advice..... x
@ThatGuy2022
people laugh and joke but that does not mean they found it funny just trying to get through an awkward moment........ no it was not just a joke and was disrespectful
NEVER let other peoples reaction tell you how to feel or if something is not right....... many people just laugh then later say stuff like "can YOU believe she let him feel her up in front of us? " they do not want to be the person who makes it weird and if she thinks all were cool about it maybe she is not that observant
@ThatGuy2022 you're definitely not over-reacting ! But in general, I have found it necessary for any relationship survive that your significant other actually cares for you. Knowing you have prior experience of being cheated on, I wish she was more considerate towards how it might affect you.
I'm so sorry you're going through this. I hope you find the strength to get through this, listen to yourself, and trust your gut. It is okay to feel however you feel.
@exuberantBike6084 jesus my eyes are welling up lol.. you have hit that on the nail and I cant thank you enough for your clear comment... I just need to know that as I reacted later and actually fell out with another person that even though I explained that I tried to take it on the chin when it happend... by the time the taxi got us home I was real upset and now being told I have a problem reading all this...
So huge thanks
That was incredibly inappropriate of them. I would be upset too.
@ThatGuy2022
That is totally inappropriate. I think maybe you need counseling as to why you think that was okay behavior, and the girl also for allowing him to do that. Sounds like a lot of low self-esteem and low self-respect going on here.
