Hi @IntuitiveHuman12, do you mean your journal entries/ posts here?
If so, you can click on the little "flag" icon at the bottom of the post/comment or thread (if you want to remove an entire thread) and mention in the space provided that you want it removed, then a forum flag team member can do the needful for you!
