Kindness for others?
What’s a kind thing you’ve done/you currently do for others that someone else can copy? If you aren’t comfortable saying “I did…” switch to “I once knew someone who…”
A fellow I vaguely know from the neighborhood has apparently been home bound for the past year due to raging migraines (I had no idea, it’s hard in NYC to keep track of someone you barely know right?). He reached out to someone looking for random people to just talk with because he’s gotten so lonely.
I’m convinced a TON of people would be willing to just talk to the guy a few minutes on the phone but we all just kind of don’t know what someone else might need until they tell us? Do you agree?
Anyhow, I’m interested in kind things you do for others that can be replicated.

@allnaturalUnicorns70 I'm sorry about your neighbour🙁 there are so many lonely, and struggling people. 😥 it's very sad. Where I live there is alot of elderly folks. I always take the time to listen to their stories about their family or the good old days, and show me photos of their great grandchildren 😁 they can babble on for hours sometimes😂 but I like listening to their stories and I having someone to talk to really helps them 💖💖

I respond to Needs Reply posts, and I make homemade Christmas cards for people every year <3
@allnaturalUnicorns70 there's a girl in my community who has special needs and isn't able to speak. sometimes me and my friends go over to hang out with her and tell her stories, so she's not alone and can be part of our group.

Me? I dont know if I want anyone to 'copy' me because I ain't doing anything too great..
But I really like praying for everyone. I strongly believe prayers can move mountains and it can enable miracles. So I pray for all in need .

This guy who lived in NY building I met him at 12 years old years later he now was elderly an needed help. I would run errands for him go to his apartment to help him reset his tv remote as well as escort him in traveling to his daughter. I might be in a rush to get to an appointment but if I see an elderly person or blind person having trouble crossing da streets I will go to help them out of someone is having a hard time opening ‘da door I’ll open it for ‘em even if it means my bein’ late to my appointment. I have also at least twice bought a homeless person a meal despite not having much I try to share what I can.
