Love to discuss how one manages their limits, especially when trauma is involved. How does one know when they hit it? And if one goes past their limits, or doesn't challenge themselves enough, what does damage control and recovery look like?

Hi Pond! When it comes to trauma, damage control involves managing the immediate effects and minimizing further harm. Recovery involves healing and rebuilding after the traumatic experience. It can include therapy, support systems, self-care, and time.

Hmmm. I already know all this. What I don't know is why it isn't working for so many, including myself.
