Living in 4D
Are you finding the constructs of a 3D world too limiting and just not working?
While the material world has much to offer, from delicious food, cars to clothes, accessories and more, there's limitations...
Enter 4D, a state of being beyond the surrounding conformity. Not a perfection solution, not the cure, but a process and tool one can practice and utilize for their self.
4D stands for not just another dimension, but are four tools that all begin with the letter D - delay, distract, deep breathing, drinking water. An in depth explanation of each follows in the next paragraphs.
Delay: if one has much to do, becomes sick or recieved new information, they may need to delay a priority for another time. This doesn't mean one is an irresponsible person or in denial of the pressures of life. It means they know how to adapt and care for themselves.
Distract: the brain is a amazing piece of 3D divine architecture, and at times needs novelty to keep from running off the rails. Daydreaming, hobbies, interests, time in nature, arts and crafts, skincare, a snack, a new route, planning a real or imagined trip are just some examples.
Deep breathing: this slows down the whole physiology of the 3D body, allowing it step off the fight-flight-freeze-fawn platform into the soothing bath of rest-digest-process-relax. No right or wrong way...just is mindful, deep, regular full breaths through mouth/nose.
Drink water: I'm not sure how much explaining is required for this. Carrying a reusable water container wherever you go, keeping fresh water beside the bed and drinking eight cups per day is usually what's suggested. Plus two more cups for every cup of coffee/pop.
I found it rewarding to write this little post and I hope you found it rewarding to read!
Any questions or comments are welcome.
