I am bullied and harassed at work and I had enough and is already over my powers to do something that will rise me from powerless, what should I do

It is tough to say as more factors happen ........ people will say get a different job ... report them to superiors ..... all ok advice................ BUT perhaps some jobs are not easy to replace or maybe those who bully are superiors....... there are multiple of things only you know .....
being in a toxic work environment is taxing and takes a toll on you. so you will know if it possible leave ........ if not you would need to find ways to cope ..........
