Nervous about surgery
I had an accident recently and most likely I'm going to need surgery to repair my ACL. I'm very nervous and scared about the surgery and the recovery. I've never had any type of surgery before and am freaking out just thinking about the possibility of surgery. Any tips to help me stay calm before the surgery and tips for post surgery recovery?
