Not enough
I’m like a wall hit all day
No matter what I do, still not enough
I try my hardest to keep them
Yet I get another hit and “ not enough”
Their words and actions strike me with “not enough”
I keep running to find my own peace then the winds shout at me and say “ running to where? You are not enough to be loved and cared for, go back to your start point and meditate to be tough”
My image in the mirror says “you’re not enough and life is rough”
IN THIS WORLD I HAD ENOUGH!

I'm sorry you are being made to feel this way it really sucks. Try to focus on things you enjoy and just know that any bad situation is not permanent. Rooting 4 u !!! 💙

@tealGlobe9196 I’m sorry you’re going through this. You’re definitely not alone—it’s so hard to always be told or feel like you’re not enough despite how hard you’re trying.
I want to remind you that wherever you’re at right now, you ARE enough. No matter what has happened, you are still absolutely enough to be loved and cared for (you’re so much more loved than you realize!!) You have so many God-given gifts and traits that are enough. You are enough to keep trying. Keep putting in time and effort, rest, and have faith that everything will work out! Please reach out for help whenever you need it.
