Hi, Tried so hard to be proactive to avoid a painful family holiday after losing my son, siblings and only real friend of 25 years but it caught up with me and I am emotionally and physically ill. Feel so defeated and exhausted knowing these times will be challenging the rest of my life. I have made it this far but now that people are less kind in this world it just seems to get harder. People pick on bereaved mothers because they are the easiest target, just thinking about how others have to go through it makes me sick. I want to unconditionally love and try to understand others but I’m losing faith because it seems everyone is out for themselves.

@Malamapono

Met my new neighbour with open heart and hope. I shared my losses to which she countered with her own woes which didn’t bother me but after knowing what I have been through she still needed to double talk a toxic message to get one over. I used to dismiss double talk to my imagination or continue to be kind anyway until they weren’t threatened and usually would drop it. But now I’ve learned people like that aren’t worth it. There doesn’t seem to be empathy anymore and kindness is seen as something to get one over on. I just need kindness and understanding not abuse.

@Malamapono I am so sorry you are feeling devastated. You have gone through a lot and it must be really hard. It is okay to feel exhausted. Sometimes everyone is for themselves and you don't have to exhaust yourself and love them unconditionally.  Sending lots of warm love to you.💜💕💫

Hi Malamapono, I have no idea what pain you are going through but, I have every confidence that you will get through it, at least to the point where you can tolerate it and eventually enjoy those loving memories.

What I do have for you that I hope will help is a giant hug!
