Relationship issues
Modern relationships are not easy. Between busy schedules, endless responsibilities, social media comparisons, and unspoken expectations, it’s easy to feel disconnected or misunderstood. Miscommunication, jealousy, or just not finding enough time for each other can make even the strongest bond feel fragile.
what’s the hardest part of your relationship today? What’s the challenge that keeps you up at night, or the thing you wish your partner understood better?

I look over to partner and not only do they have on TV ... but a laptop scrolling and occasional text. NOT even aware I am in room when discussing something on TV they say oh did not see it no because you are trying to use everything at once.
why does anyone need so much distraction? FOMO? they often looks up and is alone as I went for a walk / out or to bed without them noticing. junk on internet is forever ... without being present your relationship will end.
It sounds really painful to feel invisible in your own relationship. Technology can be such a huge distraction, and sometimes partners don’t even realize how much it affects the other person. I think it’s important to have an honest but calm conversation with them—letting them know you miss their presence and want more shared moments together. Maybe setting small boundaries, like no screens during dinner or TV time, could help rebuild that connection. Relationships grow when both people are truly present
My partner keeps saying he is unsure of me and doesn’t know about our future I feel like I’m on a constant seesaw of emotions.
