Seeking advice

So, long story short, me and my girlfriend of 2 years broke up recently, and I'm just at a loss now. I can't sleep properly, im waking up in panics, I feel super alone, and I've lost all motivation and drive for basically anything, I'd be lucky if I get up to get food during the day.

I feel like I've lost everything, as I put so much work and effort into that relationship and everything around it to make it work, only for it to fall apart when I was only trying to fix an issue.

Any advice on anything I can do to help sleep or help with this lonely feeling would be appreciated. And if more elaboration is needed, just ask and I'll answer, currently sleep deprived so I'm trying my best to keep it simple enough to be understood.

@kindIdea9359 Breakups can be very draining. We are in habit of someone who is not there anymore. It can be disturbing.

Give it time. Things will begin to feel normal again. Look after yourself. Catch up on your sleep. Sleep always helps.
