Seeking advice on finding balance between new age spirituality and skepticism

Hello everyone, I am new here and just wanted to introduce myself. I have been dealing with anxiety issues since I was a child, and have been receiving treatment for years. I have made progress, but it is a slow and difficult process. I spend a lot of time on the internet, browsing various content, and I have found that certain types of content made by spiritual, new age women bring me a sense of calm. The idea of living a simpler life, being closer to nature, and trusting in the universe seems to be very helpful for me. However, I am agnostic and I am cautious of false beliefs that these people often share, especially regarding health. Believing in a higher power and feeling protected and guided by it is very appealing to me, but I don't want to fall into the trap of toxic positivity or pseudoscience.

I hope that there are people out there who share similar thoughts and emotions on this subject. I haven't been able to find much on the internet, perhaps because I haven't sear ched hard enough. How can I draw inspiration from these comforting things without falling into pseudoscience and toxic positivity? How can I find a balance? Also, do you know of any content, whether it be on social media or in books, that aligns with this mindset?

Thank you for taking the time to read my message, and I look forward to hearing your thoughts and suggestions.

@braveVillage5650 I searched for rational spirituality and I found quite a lot of interesting information that seems like it's maybe close to what you're looking for. Both pseudoscience and toxic positivity are definitely things to avoid.
