I feel like the hermit crab in their little shell sometimes. Taking comfort in what gives me exactly what I need, nothing more, nothing less.
Alas, we grow. And we must find new shells that accommodate us.
I didn't realise until now we can find the biggest and best shell of all, and use it to do incredible and big things despite being so small and fragile. We can be strong despite ourselves.
My armour is made of hope. Some don't like how it looks, but no other shell seems to do the trick any more.
Find a shell that works for you. We all have different wants and needs, we are all unique and cannot be replaced. Just... do find *a* shell! You deserve protection.
