Softly healing & slowly rebuilding 💭
Hey everyone 💛 I just wanted to check in with a little life update.
Lately, I’ve been slowly creating a new routine for myself — one that feels gentle, real, and mine.
🧠 I’m still going to therapy and working through a lot, but I show up for it. Even on the hard days.
💼 I started working part-time and while it’s not always easy, it’s giving me structure and helping me feel a little more independent.
🫶 I’m learning to take care of myself — not perfectly, but intentionally. Sometimes that means a soft sweet treat out alone. Sometimes it means staying in and letting myself rest.
💻 I’m also building a creative side — sharing my story through little blog posts and social media, hoping one day it turns into something sustainable.
I’m not “healed” and I still have hard moments — but I don’t feel stuck like I used to. I’m moving forward. Slowly, quietly, and in my own way.
If you’re going through it too, I see you. Healing doesn’t have to be loud or fast to be real. 🤍
Feel free to share where you’re at too. Let’s remind each other that progress is personal, not perfect.
